We had an incredible experience at this rooftop restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to our fantastic waiter Giovanni Valdez. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout the evening. His timing was impeccable—always there when we needed something, but never overbearing. It really felt like he went above and beyond to make our night special. Service like this is rare and truly deserves to be recognized. Highly recommend both the restaurant and asking for this amazing waiter if you can!

Stayed here previously. However, this time, we were a group of 11 rooms. The staff exceeded expectations for all of us. Oliver, Alexis, and Brittany were more than helpful in securing reservations throughout the city. The rooftop offers a fantastic respite in the afternoon. The courtyard, where breakfast is served every morning, is delightful. The location is great and convenient, though on a very quiet corner of Park Espana. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I had dreamed of staying at Condesa DF for a while and I wasn’t disappointed! The hotel is gorgeous, both in the common areas and in the rooms. We were lucky to be given a beautiful, very spacious room with a great view. The staff was amazing throughout our stay, always attentive and extremely helpful. Other highlights include the perfect location right in the heart of La Condesa, and the delicious breakfast served until noon, which I really enjoyed. Highly recommended, especially for design lovers.

I cannot speak to the hotel but the roof top lounge is not to be missed. Overlooking the park, it feels like sitting in a tree house. It's the perfect sanctuary for a sunset cocktail. The service was excellent. Our waiter, Giovanny, took great care of us and kindly accommodated our request to take our photo. He made us look good! :) I highly recommend the lounge. And if you're lucky, Giovanny will be there!

Conveniently located, helpful staff and great value for money. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is that the shower was impossible to handle, the temperature would fluctuate considerably and the shower itself could not be set in a comfortable angle thus splattering the whole place and there was no screen either, which added to the nuisance.

Had a great breakfast on a Saturday morning while visiting the neighborhood.

We were a group of 5 celebrating a 50th birthday and, while we weren't staying at this hotel, we spent each evening at the rooftop bar. Giovanni, our server each night, went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met; gave us blankets when we were cold, suggested perfect drinks, and was super warm and engaging. We had a great time and will definitely be back on subsequent visits to CDMX!

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding along with several other guests. Ideal location, great service, excellent breakfast, and the suite was lovely. They were extremely thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed during the weekend. Thank you!
